At Braj Creative, every product is handmade and carefully crafted with love and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not been delivered or you are facing any delivery-related issue, please contact us via email at brajcreative1@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or your parcel arrives damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with proper photos and order details at brajcreative1@gmail.com so we can review the issue.

In such cases, only exchange requests will be considered, and a flat ₹150 exchange courier fee will be charged. No returns or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
